He's so pleasant and helpful, always asking if all was good. The staff in the leasing office were very quick on answering any and all questions my daughter had. I feel good knowing that she's living there. It's clean, safe and beautiful.

When we first moved into our apartment we had multiple amenities that needed fixed. We called the office and immediately got scheduled for someone to come fix it for us. The maintenance guy, Joe, put in 100% effort in fixing everything we needed and in a timely manner. He is always willing to help with anything we need and is extremely friendly. When we needed a washer replacement he took the washer down three flights of stairs and brought a new one up three flights of stairs by himself just so we could have the washer to get our uniforms washed for the next day. Joe has been nothing but helpful and hard working for this place!

Only 4/5 stars because the guest experience was not too pleasant after I filled out the application. There were a couple of miscommunications and when asked for further clarification it was like Kimberly took offense to the confrontation and couldn’t handle responding in a customer service way. Also, the system to sign the lease and fill out the application wasn’t the best. Other than those two Items, the property is very nice, grounds were clean, and the manager seemed to know her stuff. I hope the guest experience can turn around as we get to deal with one another for 12 months!

I wanted to write a review upon just joining this property. We relocated from Texas 2 weeks ago and the staff have been helpful. I was a bit nervous because we are new and this is new to us shopping for apartments out of state prior to moving. But we toured with Claudia end of July and she was helpful and the apartment she showed us was beautiful! This video is ours and upon arrival it was spotless as you can see!!!!! (Video only allowed 30 seconds to play and not the full 58 but this is an idea) This was a video of my husband and his friend arriving before me & our daughter came. Thank you Parc South Mountain for a beautiful and peaceful relocation. We've been here for two weeks now and the staff have been helpful with things we had questions and inquiries about. The complex overall is clean and quiet and of true luxury inside and out. Most apartments that claim luxury are simply not that. The amenities, the fixtures in the apartment, the mail room lol beautiful! I do like how you are given a free carport. Any additional, you do have to pay but I think that's worth it being the hot weather here. I love that it comes with washers and dryers as well! And BEST OF ALL, NO BUGS!!!!! Huge win! As of right now, they have my vote. I will follow back up towards the end of our lease. Thank you so far Claudia, Alekse and Chasity!

The apartment is really nice, everyone in the office has always been super nice and helpful and they do really put in the work to make sure the complex is kept clean and looking good. What’s unfortunate is there’s an issue with other tenants not being respectful of the complex. Leaving trash around, being loud late at night, and there are a lot of kids who hang out towards the front of the complex which can be a bit much at times. Also, speed bumps really need to be installed. I’ve always found them to be annoying but now living somewhere that doesn’t have them, I see the importance, haha! People love to speed through the complex which is obviously very dangerous. With all of this said, I really enjoy my apartment, and I appreciate everything that has been done by the office to ensure my time living here is enjoyable! They hold different events throughout the year which is really cool, and the gym is pretty nice, the pool is a bit small but it’s always kept clean and the jacuzzi is really nice!

I stopped into this great complex today with the excellent help from my leasing agent Claudia! She was wonderful in all aspects. She was very patient, very very kind and answered all questions I had with great detail. I've been going back and forth between a few apartment complex's and although the location is not the most ideal for my lifestyle, the customer service alone was almost good enough to make me want to sign ASAP (which I just might)! Units are super updated and it was a pretty quiet location, about 5 min off of I-10

I have lived here for almost a year and Isabella has been the only constant when it comes to staff. She has helped us with every issue when the prior management did nothing. She is helpful. She is kind. This location would not be the same with out Isabella. If not for her during the revolving door of office manager and office assistant manger I don’t know how many things would have gotten addressed for us. My girlfriend and I are on the second floor. We try to be as respectful as possible and yet our downstairs neighbor continues harassing us. I have been in a cast and on crouches for two months and she complains about walking to loudly. Her constant complaint is we walk to loud. How can one control that I asked her. She had no answer. She calls security making up lies. Each time they have come they have told management they hear no Noise and that us and our dinner guest are not doing anything. One time she told them we were using power tools at 11 pm. Like what?!?! The new management seems that they really want to help. They are aware of issues on the property and are taking care of them quickly. They listen to use and saw that the noise complaints against us are always one person never anyone else. As we have side neighbors who never complain. If moving in please understand…THIS IS A APARTMENT COMPLEX YOU WILL HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS. There is nothing anyone can do about it. We hear our top floor neighbors all the time as expected.

Moved in in October 2021, the previous manager Karen and office assistant Isabelle was very helpful since it was my first time moving into an apartment. Ever since, the apartment has been very clean, quiet and no roaches. the gym is very nice and clean and so is the pool area. However, requesting maintenance was easy but constantly had to call the office to get my bathroom fix since it wobbled when you sat on it. After 4 weeks, they finally fixed it due to short maintenance staff. Overall, It's a nice place to live. if anything changes, I will update my review.

Parc-South Mountain has been through some rough patches and I myself do not plan on staying longer simply due to cost related situations, however...if you value a clean pool and hot tub it is the place to be. Shout out to maintenance, this place would completely fall apart were it not for all your hard work and dedication to getting things done. _ People here should be aware, time spent picking up after inconsiderate people is less available to address your issues, think about that next time you throw garbage on the ground. Dudes have to spend time picking up your crud? It may be part of the job to porter, but in no way gives others a right to abuse that service. _ This review was also supposed to have been left a long time ago when I said we would do so...never realized my other half never did and I absolutely still appreciate the quick and efficient job that was done to properly restore bushings to our AC unit. #Maintenance Rocks - (Even if they think I don't.)

Well what can I say that hasn't been said by others that have come to live here. The staff was, and is very comfortable to get to know. Ida was the first to meet. Michael and Mayra helped me get my dream apartment. They helped me throughout the entire process of getting approved and was so patient while I figured out surprises on my credit report. They were willing to help me get everything in line. Complex is beautiful. I wish some of the neighbors were more considerate and respectful by picking up after their pets, but I guess you can’t ever escape that. Update 03/22/2020 The neighbors have gotten worse. The garbage is ridiculous. I went outside and someone had eaten an orange next to their car and just left all the peelings. I’ve seen bread and candy wrappers scattered. The quality of neighbors for the amount I’m paying in rent isn’t making sense. It sounds like a city block with the music and the yelling. Hopefully after this first round of leases are up it’ll help weed out a lot of the noise. Big shout out to the maintenance team and office staff. They work SO hard to maintain everything. The property is beautiful but it should also be up to the residents to keep it that way. Update 5/10 Office staff is still doing an amazing job . Maintenance as well. Any and all concerns are addressed right away. The management was made aware of issues with gates and residents and has security now. :) Update 12/3/20 Well I never thought I would say this but I already miss the community being managed by Greystar. I don’t feel comfortable with just getting a letter and effectively immediately the community is under new management. As a resident I had no option and am stuck in a new one year lease having no idea how things are going to be on top of my rent increase (which I still don’t believe is valid since nothing had been changed BUT the staff offered me a $250 credit to offset, so I can’t complain too much). I got to know the maintenance guys before the transition happened but I do miss calling the office and getting an answer right away. Michael was always available. The new payment system is not the best, luckily I have a bank account but I feel bad for those who don’t because the fees are outrageous. Then there are extra utility fees (these aren’t new but somehow mine were $43 this month). The office is going to look into this and help me understand so that is appreciated. I’m just hoping for the best, fingers crossed.

We have lived here for over a year and by far the best complex we have lived in by far. The kitchen is my favorite because it is an open concept, having two little girls I love that I can see what they are doing when I am making dinner or washing dishes. The management team here is extremely kind. I would say the one thing I do not like is that there is only covered parking for handicap, and there are none close to our apartment, we have a daughter with cerebral palsy and if we do get home by a certain time we have to park by the office, I am not a fan of the first come parking for people with disabilities, and when we asked shortly after we moved about getting a regular covered parking closer because there were a lot of open spots at the time we were told that could not happen because the spots were already assigned to the apartments. I had to give a back story because we did try to get a spot closed. Other than that everything is lovely.

We are very new to this complex. The complex is very nice and quiet for the most part. The only issue I have with this property is the limited parking! I live in a 3 bedroom and we only got 1 assigned parking. Most nights I have to park at the very entrance and walk all the way to the back of the property. I’ve lived in quite a bit of apartments around Phoenix and this has been my favorite, by far. The amenities are great, but I really wish they had 2 pools instead of just one. It can get a little crowded. The staff is amazing, especially Michael. He’s the nicest guy and makes sure you’re happy in your place. The kitchen is so big and feels like a house kitchen. My only complain is I wish people actually got a hold of their kids. They leave their stuff around the complex and never clean up after their dogs. Would definitely recommend this place

I will absolutely leave a review once I’ve lived at the complex, but I’ve had such a positive experience with Parc at South Mountain already that I had to share. I am moving to Phoenix from out of state and I was extremely nervous about apartment hunting remotely. Parc was one of the first apartments I heard back from and I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Laurie, the assistant community manager, found me the perfect apartment and had it set up for me within a week. She was so helpful and willing to answer ALL of my questions. She showed me so much patience and kindness during this uncertain time and made sure that all of my needs were met as a future tenant. I am so lucky to call this place my future home! The hallways in this apartment are enclosed and the particular floor we live on, our hallway constantly smells like cigarette smoke. It makes your hair and clothes smell just walking through it for 2 minutes. It gets into your apartment when you open the door. That is my only real complaint. Everything else here is great.

Lovely apartments! The inside is beautiful, the kitchen and bathrooms are huge! The pool area is nice and they do a great job with landscaping. Management was easy to work with and made the entire move in process stress free. The Amazon pickup boxes in the mailroom are a big plus! The only things I have noticed here is the amount of cigarette butts on the ground along one of the walkways and there are no speed bumps in the parkinglot causing people to speed.

I've been here for 2 weeks and everything has gone smoothly. Mayra made moving in so easy and painless. The apartments are stunning, as well as the amenities. I really appreciate how the mail room, gym room, pool and pet wash all require a key fob for maximum protection. The gates are ALWAYS closed too, even during the day. The key pad feature at the gate is also neat. So far I have nothing wrong with my apartment, everything works like new and no sign of damage anywhere. The complex is super quiet. The only complaint is that the neighbors on the other street own horses and sometimes the parking lot smells like poo. So far everything is perfect, and I love it here!
