Gross income of 2.5x Rent is required in order to income qualify.

Paycheck stubs (most recent), bank statements (recent 3 months), employment offer letter (must be signed by employer)
How long is the term of a lease?
Currently, a lease can be from 7-12 months and is based on current availability.
Do you offer furnished apartments?

Do you have reserved parking?
Yes, covered parking is assigned. Uncovered spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.
Do you have garages?
No.
Are Utilities included with rent?
No, utilities are billed through conservice UB West. Resident must also setup their own electricity account with SRP (based on personal usage).
