The maintenance men did an amazing job on the hallways in building 5, great work guys!

I recently helped move my daughter across country to PARC. From the time our U-Haul arrived, Joe greeted us and helped us with anything in the apartment that needed attention. He's so pleasant and helpful, always asking if all was good. The staff in the leasing office were very quick on answering any and all questions my daughter had. I feel good knowing that she's living there. It's clean, safe and beautiful.

New resident here! I’d first like to start with saying front office stays in touch with residents and if you need something they usually handle it ASAP. I recently needed some maintenance done in my unit and they sent Joe out, not only did he do it efficiently and do a good job but he swept my kitchen lol. 10/10 he’s a sweet heart I’m happy to be where I am

(This review is for Joe) I’ve been living at this complex since it was first built. I’ve seen many faces of maintenance men but Joe’s face is the most memorable. Joe is very thorough and helpful when it comes to maintenance requests. I put in a request for one issue and he made it his duty to come back and help me out with minor things that I could’ve done myself. I appreciate the help! (Five stars is specifically for Joe) 👍🏽

Came to tan today with my team and joe the maintenance man was amazing! He helped us move benches and even turned on the fire place for us! He’s amazing!

When we first moved into our apartment we had multiple amenities that needed fixed. We called the office and immediately got scheduled for someone to come fix it for us. The maintenance guy, Joe, put in 100% effort in fixing everything we needed and in a timely manner. He is always willing to help with anything we need and is extremely friendly. When we needed a washer replacement he took the washer down three flights of stairs and brought a new one up three flights of stairs by himself just so we could have the washer to get our uniforms washed for the next day. Joe has been nothing but helpful and hard working for this place!

My girlfriend and I have been living here for 6 months now and it has been great. Apartments are modern with nice amenities. The office team is friendly and helpful. I also want to give a special shoutout to Joe from the maintenance team. He always has a good attitude no matter the job and is very knowledgeable. He's helped me out a few times now and I really appreciate him. Thanks Joe!

I like how maintenance will follow up and give updates on request, usually always accessible too

Joe is a great addition to the staff at Parc South! He responded to my maintenance request quickly and fixed the problem within minutes. Very grateful for him.
